How Getafren Work?
To add a service as a worker, follow these steps:
- Please register on our website to access all the features and benefits.
- You can log in to your account using your registered email and password.
- After logging in, the worker can access their account by going to the ‘My Account‘ section.
- In the account settings, the worker can click on “Profile Settings” to manage their profile information, including their photo, about me section, contact details, address, and category.
- The worker needs to navigate to “Booking Settings” to specify default values for their booking preferences and provide their bank account details for payment.
- Under the “Booking Settings“, locate and click on “Availability” to define the desired time slots.
- To set time off or mark yourself as unavailable, click on “Unavailability” in the system.
- To add a service, the worker can access the “My Services” section by add group and add service.
To book a service as a client, follow these steps:
- Please register on our website to access all the features and benefits.
- You can log in to your account using your registered email and password.
- After logging in, input your address and select a category, then click on the search button.
- Once you find your preferred profile, click on it to view more details.
- Navigate to the ‘Services‘ section and explore the available options.
- Select the desired service and click on the “Continue” button to proceed.
- Choose the delivery date and time, and provide the necessary customer information.
- After filling in the details, click on “Proceed to Checkout” to review your order.
- Take a moment to check the booking details for accuracy and make any necessary adjustments.
- Finally, click on the “Place Order” button to confirm your booking.
- You will be prompted to make the payment for the selected service.
- Once the booking is successfully made, you will receive an email containing the receipt and detailed information about your booking.
- After the booking is completed, please take a moment to rate and provide feedback for the worker. Your feedback is valuable and helps maintain the quality of our services.
To receive booking as a worker, follow these steps:
- Log in to your account using registered email and password.
- Once the client makes a booking, you will receive a notification in Getafren as well as an email regarding the new booking.
- To assign your members to the booking appointment, simply navigate to the “Booking Settings” in the “Bookings” section and click on the “Assign Member” option.
- Once the booking is completed, you can change the booking status to “complete” and generate the invoice for the client as proof of the transaction.
