This Commission Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Zohl Industries Sdn Bhd (“Getafren”) and the Gig Worker (“Worker”).

Purpose

Getafren provides a web-based platform where workers can offer their services to potential clients. The Platform charges a commission fee as a percentage of the total transaction value for services rendered by the Worker.

Commission Fee

The Platform shall charge a commission fee of 15% on the total transaction value of services provided by the Worker through the Platform.

Example:

Fare: = RM 100

Commissions: RM 100 x 15% = RM 15

Net Earnings: RM 100 – RM 15 = RM 85

Reporting and Remittance

The Platform shall provide regular reports to the Worker, detailing the transactions, commission fees, and net earnings. The commission fees collected by the Platform shall be remitted to the Platform’s account within a week, subject to any applicable fees or charges.

Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the other party. The Platform is entitled to collect any outstanding commission fees owed by the Worker upon termination. By accepting this Agreement, the Worker acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
